Privacy Policy

We collect what you give us to make and ship your order, answer your messages and, if you sign up, send our newsletter. We never sell your data. Your card details go to our payment processor, never to us. We use Google Analytics to see how people use the site, and the details are below.

When you place an order, send us a message, or sign up, we keep:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address
• A history of orders you have placed and custom quote requests you have submitted
• Messages you send us, and how you heard about us if you tell us
• Design files you upload with custom orders (private, only visible to our shop)
• If you opt in: newsletter subscription preferences

We do NOT store your full credit card number. Card data goes directly to our payment processor.

• Fulfill your order and ship it to the address you gave
• Email you order updates (placed, in production, shipped, delivered)
• Respond to your messages
• If you opted in: send occasional emails about new products or sales

• Our payment processor handles payments. It sees your card details and billing address.
• Our email service provider delivers our emails. It sees your email address.
• Our hosting and database providers run the website, see basic request information, and store your account and order information.
• Google Analytics measures how visitors use the site. What it receives is described below.

We do NOT sell your data to anyone. We do NOT share it with advertisers.

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Google Analytics sets its own cookies in your browser and receives information about your visit, such as the pages you view, their full addresses (which can include a campaign or ad click code), the website that sent you, and basic details about your device and browser. Our website code also tells Google Analytics when you add a product to your cart, start checkout (with the products, sizes, prices, and quantities in your cart), complete a purchase (with the order total and a payment reference), send us a message or a custom-order request, sign up for our newsletter, or tap our phone number. With a message or a custom-order request, our code also sends Google Analytics your answer to “How did you hear about us?”. Our code never sends Google Analytics your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, or anything you write to us. To stop Google Analytics from collecting information about your visits, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block or delete its cookies in your browser settings.

The site itself uses cookies to keep you signed in to your account, and it keeps your cart, and whether you have already seen our newsletter popup, in your browser's local storage. Our payment processor sets its own cookies during checkout to help prevent fraud.

The video on our About page loads from YouTube only after you click play, and once it loads, YouTube may set its own cookies in your browser.

This site uses no advertising cookies or ad pixels.

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to it, so this site does not change what it does when it receives one.

Order records stay as long as you have an account with us. If you want your data deleted, email us and we will remove it within 30 days (except records we are required to keep for tax purposes).

• Sign in to your account to update your info or order history
• Unsubscribe from any email we send via the link in it
• Contact us to request a copy of your data or deletion
