The short version
We collect only what we need to make and ship your order, and we never sell your data. Your payment details go to Stripe. Your email and shipping address stay with us. That is it.
What we collect
When you place an order or sign up, we keep:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address
- A history of orders you have placed and custom quote requests you have submitted
- Design files you upload with custom orders (private, only visible to our shop)
- If you opt in: newsletter subscription preferences
We do NOT store your full credit card number. Card data goes directly to Stripe.
What we do with it
- Fulfill your order and ship it to the address you gave
- Email you order updates (placed, in production, shipped, delivered)
- Respond to your messages
- If you opted in: send occasional emails about new products or sales
Who touches your data
- Stripe processes payments. They see your card details and billing address. Their privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
- Resend delivers our emails. They see your email address.
- Supabase hosts our database. Your data lives on their servers.
- Vercel hosts the website itself. They see basic request information.
We do NOT sell your data to anyone. We do NOT share it with advertisers.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies for the cart and login session. Stripe sets cookies for fraud protection during checkout. We may add basic analytics later, in which case this policy will be updated.
How long we keep it
Order records stay as long as you have an account with us. If you want your data deleted, email us and we will remove it within 30 days (except records we are required to keep for tax purposes).
Your choices
- Sign in to your account to update your info or order history
- Unsubscribe from any email we send via the link in it
- Contact us to request a copy of your data or deletion
