Where we ship
We ship within the United States via USPS or UPS, shown at checkout. We do not currently ship internationally. If you need delivery outside the US, email us and we will see what we can arrange.
Shipping cost
A flat $6 shipping fee applies to standard orders. Orders with a subtotal of $50 or more ship free. The exact shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery time
Ready-to-ship items: in-stock items are picked, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, then arrive within about 2 to 5 business days in transit.
Custom orders: production begins after you approve your quote. Your order ships on the timeline quoted for your job, which varies with the product and quantity.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays are outside our control.
Large and bulk orders
Orders above 20 items, or that are unusually heavy or oversized, are quoted by hand instead of the flat rate so we can pack and ship them correctly. If your cart reaches that size, we will route you to a quote.
Tracking and risk of loss
Tracking is provided by email when your order ships. Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier takes possession of the package.
