Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Alpine Arrows Design and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Alpine Arrows Design LLC, a veteran-owned custom print shop based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We make custom embroidery, vinyl, decals, laser engraving, and custom-printed goods.

Prices on the Shop page are in US dollars and include any applicable discounts at checkout. Stripe processes the payment. We confirm your order by email, then begin production.

Inventory is limited for some items. If something sells out between your cart and checkout, we will refund and notify you.

When you submit a Custom Order request, you are asking for a quote, not placing a binding order. We review the request and send you a price. If you accept the quote, we collect payment and begin production.

You retain copyright in any artwork you upload. By submitting it, you grant us the right to use it solely to produce your order. We do not reuse customer artwork for our own marketing without separate permission.

Promo codes (including our military and first responder discount) are honor system. We may ask for verification on orders above a reasonable threshold.

We ship within the US via the carrier shown at checkout. Tracking is provided when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier takes possession.

Catalog goods: we accept returns of unworn, unused catalog items in original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping is not refunded.

Custom goods: custom orders are made to your specifications and cannot be returned for change of mind. If the product has a defect or does not match the approved design proof, contact us within 14 days and we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Cancellation: you may cancel a catalog order before it ships. Custom orders may be cancelled before production begins. After production starts, custom orders may be cancelled subject to a fee covering work and materials used.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. We are not liable for activity under your account if your password is shared or stolen.

The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep prices and product information accurate, but we may correct errors and cancel or refund any order priced or described incorrectly.

To the maximum extent allowed by Colorado law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Colorado.

We may update these terms from time to time. The Last updated date at the top changes when we do. Material changes will be noted in the email you receive with your next order.
