Catalog goods
We accept returns of unworn, unused catalog items in original condition within 14days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping is not refunded, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Custom goods
Custom orders are made to your specifications and cannot be returned for change of mind. If a custom product has a defect or does not match the approved design proof, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Cancellations
You may cancel a catalog order before it ships. Custom orders may be cancelled before production begins. After production starts, a custom order may be cancelled subject to a fee covering the work and materials already used.
How to start a return
Email admin@alpinearrowsdesign.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and next steps. Please do not ship anything back before you hear from us.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post the credit.
