What is the minimum order quantity for custom embroidery?
There is no minimum order quantity. We accept single-piece orders and volume runs of 20 or more. Volume pricing applies for orders of 20 or more units.
What file formats do you accept for embroidery?
We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, Adobe Illustrator (AI), and PDF files up to 10MB. Vector files (SVG, AI) produce the best results for embroidery.
How long does production take for custom apparel?
We send a quote within 24 business hours of receiving your file. After quote approval, production is a standard 7 to 14 business days (your quote confirms your exact timeline). Orders ship with tracking to anywhere in the United States.
What is DTF printing?
DTF stands for Direct to Film. Your design is printed onto a special film, then heat-transferred onto the garment. It produces vibrant, full-color results with a soft feel. No minimums, works on cotton and blends.
What is sublimation printing?
Sublimation uses heat to bond dye directly into polyester fabric fibers. The result is a permanent, all-over print that will not crack, peel, or fade. Best for full-coverage and all-over designs on poly or poly-blend garments.
